Before you start: Relevant connected capabilities, product access and permission to configure automation.

  1. 1

    Choose a specialist

Goals → Set up specialist employees offers Executive Assistant, Customer Support and Social Growth Specialist. Their daily/hourly/weekly profiles use existing employee roles and granted tools.

  2. 2

    Put content on the calendar

Add title, channel, author, timezone and source document. Choose a time or Find the next available weekday morning slot.

  3. 3

    Check what scheduling means

A calendar slot organizes work; it does not publish or send. Due notices are in-app. Gmail/Outlook and IMAP draft work require their respective connections; an IMAP draft is not an email send.

  4. 4

    Control recurring work

Settings → Automation shows the workspace schedule switch, alerts and job history. Connect an alert destination before selecting it. Pausing schedules does not mean all already-running work has been cancelled.

A little thing to rememberA proposed calendar slot is an available time, not a proven best time to reach your audience.
