PROJECT HUB / 3 MINUTES
One goal, many helping hands
Connect your crew’s work with a few colourful strings.
Your little win: Start a Project hub goal and follow its tasks to reviewed outputs.
01 / SEE HOW IT FITS
The big picture, in little steps.
Describe the outcome
Write what you want Seerist to accomplish and optionally choose a saved source or supply an article/video URL. A selected document takes priority over a URL.
02 / YOUR TURN
Have a little go.
This is your practice table. Everything stays here—no account, real AI calls, or changes to Seerist.
Setting out the pencils…
03 / DO IT IN SEERIST
Ready for the real thing?
Before you start: Owner/admin access to start execution and relevant product access.
- 1
Describe the outcome
Write what you want Seerist to accomplish and optionally choose a saved source or supply an article/video URL. A selected document takes priority over a URL.
- 2
Plan and start
The plan creates tasks with executors, dependencies and acceptance criteria. Studio tasks, employee runs and document outputs have their own concrete resources.
- 3
Follow the work
Open a task’s executor or document. Check progress or pause/resume the goal. Work is bounded and can continue in the background with scheduler recovery.
- 4
Review centrally
Project hub → Review collects task outputs, connected-tool actions and notices. QA-approved prerequisites unlock dependent work; Studio still needs review tied to its current source.
A little thing to rememberYou can coordinate an internal project without inventing a won contract. Contract delivery remains its own workflow.
Opens the real app in a new tab. Sign in and check the selected workspace before acting.
Take a little note with you.
