FIND WORK / 4 MINUTES
Set up your capture tools
Make a useful sieve, and give your browser a little helper.
Your little win: Understand saved filters, feed imports and optional extension installation.
01 / SEE HOW IT FITS
The big picture, in little steps.
Start with filters and feeds
Configure supported RSS/Atom/JSON feeds and saved searches under Capture tools. Test it previews rules against saved facts. Unknown values normally pass; strict unknowns can exclude them.
02 / YOUR TURN
Have a little go.
This is your practice table. Everything stays here—no account, real AI calls, or changes to Seerist.
Setting out the pencils…
03 / DO IT IN SEERIST
Ready for the real thing?
Before you start: Source-specific permission for collection and processing; Chrome for the optional extension.

Start with filters and feeds

- 2
Understand direct imports
Read now imports matches directly to Pitch Queue. Both feed paths use shared filtering and report bounded batches. Repeated checks do not guarantee every source item is retrieved.
- 3
Install the optional extension
Download Seerist Capture, unzip it, open chrome://extensions and enable Developer mode. Load unpacked must point to the folder directly containing manifest.json. Pin the extension.
- 4
Connect, capture, check
Choose Continue in Seerist in the extension, approve the connection, and select the workspace. Use explicit capture only on supported, permitted pages. Autofill inserts approved text on supported editors; you still review and submit yourself.
A little thing to rememberBrowser capture availability does not establish source permission. If extraction is incomplete, use permitted manual text intake. Automatic job-email forwarding is not offered.
Opens the real app in a new tab. Sign in and check the selected workspace before acting.
Take a little note with you.
